misuto is operated by Lazar Jankovic as an individual based in Serbia. The public contact address is Gavrila Principa 18, 18000 Niš, Serbia, and the contact email is hi@misuto.app. These terms cover the misuto iPhone app and website. Mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to you take priority over conflicting terms.
1. The service
misuto provides guided breathing protocols, visual pacing, sound and vibration cues, local session activity, optional reminders, optional Apple Health export, and private iCloud sync of saved protocols and selected playback preferences. The website provides information and browser-based challenges. No misuto account is required for the iPhone app. Physiological Sigh and Equal Breathing are free; access to the full library requires misuto Pro. Availability depends on your device, operating system, region, and relevant Apple services.
2. General wellness only
misuto is a general-wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency support. Research described in the app concerns the methods and populations studied; it does not establish that the misuto app or every protocol will produce a particular result. The app cannot monitor your health or safety. Seek qualified professional advice when you need medical guidance.
3. Use safely
Use a comfortable breathing pace and stop if you feel dizzy, faint, distressed, or unwell. Do not practise while driving, operating machinery, in water, or during another activity that requires your attention or could make a loss of alertness dangerous. Some protocols include rapid breathing or breath holds; read their instructions and safety guidance before starting. If you are unsure whether a protocol is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on misuto for an emergency.
4. Your license
For the iPhone app obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a different license is expressly supplied with the app. These terms supplement that license for the misuto service and website; they do not replace Apple’s EULA or restrict rights that applicable law gives you. The app and website content may be used for your personal use. Rights not expressly granted remain with the relevant rights holder.
5. Purchases, trials, and refunds
Apple processes in-app purchases. Before you confirm a subscription, the purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, included access, and any introductory offer or free trial. Eligibility and availability of offers can vary. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. If you accept a free trial, follow the cancellation deadline shown by Apple to avoid paid renewal. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. Restore purchases is available in the app. RevenueCat validates transactions and manages Pro access. Free protocols remain available without a Pro subscription.
6. Acceptable use
Use misuto lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, infringe other people’s rights, or resell or redistribute the app or its content without permission. Restrictions on copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the app apply only to the extent permitted by the applicable license and law.
7. Ownership
The original misuto software, interface, branding, and content belong to Lazar Jankovic or their respective licensors. Access to misuto does not transfer ownership of them. Third-party software and content remain subject to their own applicable licenses.
8. Availability and updates
The app and website may be updated to fix problems, improve compatibility, or change features. Apple Health, iCloud, App Store purchases, and other third-party services can be unavailable independently of misuto. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to paid access or discontinuation of a paid service remain subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable consumer rights, including any rights to notice, cancellation, or a remedy.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, misuto is provided as available, without additional warranties, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Where a limitation is permitted, the operator’s total liability relating to misuto is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or removes statutory guarantees, remedies, or other mandatory consumer rights.
10. Disputes and applicable law
The operator is based in Serbia, and these terms are governed by Serbian law to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not take away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of habitual residence. It does not prevent you from using courts, regulators, or dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law. Contact hi@misuto.app if you would like to seek an informal resolution. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights is imposed by these terms.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the product or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Where notice or agreement is legally required for a material change, that requirement will be followed. Changes do not remove rights relating to purchases already made or apply retroactively where that would be unlawful.

13. Privacy
